Description

Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung zur Lieferung von Standard-Notebook und kleinem Notebook Mit dieser Ausschreibung soll ein Lieferant gefunden werden, über welchen die Deutsche Rentenversicherung - Nord Ost West Informationstechnik GmbH (NOW IT GmbH) während der Vertragslaufzeit die spezifizierten Geräte beziehen kann. Die Vergabe erfolgt in einem Los: Standard-Notebook, kleines Notebook. Mit dem Zuschlag wird eine Rahmenvereinbarungmit einer Laufzeit von drei Jahren und der Option auf Verlängerung um ein weiteres Jahr geschlossen. Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt während der Vertragslaufzeit bedarfsgerecht die Bestellung von Hardware über diese Rahmenvereinbarung in Form von Einzelbestellungen (Abrufe) durchzuführen. Bezugsberechtigte im Sinne dieser Rahmenvereinbarung sind die NOW IT GmbH, die Deutsche Rentenversicherung Berlin-Brandenburg und die Deutsche Rentenversicherung Oldenburg-Bremen. Die Inanspruchnahme der Leistungen erfolgt aufgrund von Abrufen der Bezugsberechtigten. Leistungs-, Zahlungs- und sonstige Verpflichtungen aus den einzelnen Abrufen entstehen ausschließlich zwischen dem jeweiligen Bezugsberechtigten und dem Auftragnehmer.
