Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss von Rahmenvereinbarungen über die kostenstellenbezogene Belieferung der Dienststellen und Einrichtungen der Stadt Karlsruhe sowie der europäischen Schule mit „Tintenpatronen und Tonern“. Die Dienststellen befinden sich an verschiedenen Standorten im gesamten Stadtgebiet. Die Leistung wird in zwei Losen ausgeschrieben. Es können Angebote für ein oder beide Lose abgegeben werden. Bei Los 1 sind Originalprodukte des Geräteherstellers und bei Los 2 sind technisch gleichwertige mit dem jeweiligen Druckermodell kompatible Alternativprodukte anzubieten. Die ausgeschriebenen Mengen orientieren sich an den geschätzten Abnahmemengen der Nutzenden sowie der Verbrauchsmengen der vergangenen Jahre, berechnet für ein Jahr. Diese kalkulierten Mengenangaben können je nach eigener Disposition der aus der Rahmenvereinbarung abrufenden Dienststellen und Einrichtungen abweichen, wobei der Angebotsendpreises Brutto je Los um maximal 50% überschritten werden darf (Höchstwert, inkl. Randsortiment). Ist dieser erreicht, gilt der Vertrag als erfüllt und das Vertragsverhältnis läuft aus.
