Description

Der Verbindungskanal in Bremerhaven verbindet den südöstlich gelegenen Alten Hafen mit dem nordwestlich gelegenen Neuen Hafen miteinander. Dieser Verbindungskanal ist zu sanieren. Dies ergibt sich insbesondere aus der fortschreitenden Schädigung der Gründungspfähle aus Holz durch die Schiffsbohrmuschel und die gemessene zunehmende Verformung der Kajenanlage. Das Projekt wird als Integrierte Projektallianz (IPA) im Rahmen eines Mehrparteienvertrages durchgeführt. Vom Auftragnehmer wird die Bereitschaft zur Mitwirkung in diesem Vertragsmodell und zur physischen Zusammenarbeit an einem vom Auftraggeber zur Verfügung gestellten gemeinsamen Arbeitsort erwartet. Der Auftraggeber wird neben dem bereits beauftragten Planer drei Allianzpartner aus der Bauausführung auswählen. Hierzu wird in diesem Verfahren in drei Losen die Mitwirkung als Partner im Allianzvertrag vergeben. Die Vergabe erfolgt in den Losen Spezialtiefbau, Stahlbetonbau und Stahlbau. Der Vorplanungsbericht mit weiteren Informationen mit Stand vom 15.05.2025 ist den Teilnahmeunterlagen beigefügt. Diese Planunterlagen sind keine verbindliche Vorgabe, sondern dienen in der Phase 1 des abzuschließenden Mehrparteienvertrages als Ausgangspunkt für die weitere Planung einschließlich der Bestimmung der Zielkosten und des zugehörigen Leistungsumfangs.
