Description

Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Erbringung von Architekturleistungen für den Neubau des Feuerwehrgerätehause in Werl Mawicke mit drei Fahrzeugstellplätzen. Die Wallfahrtsstadt Werl, der Bürgermeister, FB III, Abt. Bauordnung und Hochbau, plant die Auftragsvergabe an ein Planungsbüro Objektplanung Gebäude für diese anspruchsvolle Aufgabe. Das Vorhaben umfasst einen Neubau mit einer geplanten Grundfläche von ca. 5 50 m² bei einem Vollgeschoss, mit einer Zwischenebene für die Lüftungstechnik. Das Gebäude ist als Sonderbau gemäß § 50 Landesbauordnung NRW einzustufen. Die Umsetzung beinhaltet die Leistungsphasen 5 bis 8 der HOAI . Geplant ist ein barrierefreies, brandschutzkonformes Feuerwehrgerätehaus mit drei Fahrzeugstellplätzen, in Werl Mawicke . Das Gerätehaus hat eine Nutzfläche von etwa 550 Quadratmetern und ist in Massivbauweise geplant . Die Fassade ist als Kombination aus Grünsandstein und karbonisiertem Holz geplant. Die folgenden Nutzungseinheiten sind für das Feuerwehrgerätehaus geplant: - Fahrzeughalle für 3 Einsatzfahrzeuge - Umkleide- und Sanitärbereiche für Männer und Frauen - Schulungs - und Büroraum - Technikräume, L ager - u nd Werkstattbereiche - Außenanlagen
