Description

Der Kreis Bergstraße beabsichtigt die Entwicklung eines neuen Schul- und Bildungsstandortes am Standort Walter-Gropius-Allee in Viernheim. Bestandteil des Projektes sind der Ersatzneubau der Alexander-von-Humboldt-Schule, der Neubau einer vierzügigen Grundschule sowie die Errichtung einer Sportanlage. Mit dem neuen Bildungscampus soll ein zukunftsfähiger und nachhaltiger Schulstandort geschaffen werden, der den langfristigen schulischen Anforderungen gerecht wird und eine zeitgemäße Lern- und Arbeitsumgebung für Schülerinnen und Schüler sowie Lehrkräfte bietet. Neben den schulischen Nutzungen sollen auch die Anforderungen an eine gemeinschaftliche Nutzung des Standortes berücksichtigt werden. Die Realisierung der Gebäude ist in Holz- oder Hybridbauweise vorgesehen. Los 1_Infra - d.h. Infrastrukturplanung (Ingenieurbauwerke, Freianlagen, Verkehrsplanung); Los 2_AvH - d.h.
