Die Hansestadt Herford beabsichtigt, eine rund 400 m lange innerstädtische Straßenachse - die sogenannte "MARTa-Achse" - städtebaulich hochwertig umzugestalten. Diese Achse verläuft von der unmittelbaren Umgebung des MARTa-Museums bis in die Innenstadt (Rathaus) und umfasst die Arndtstraße sowie die Schillerstraße. Beide Straßen sollen grundhaft erneuert und im Zuge dessen umfassend neu gestaltet werden. Der Abschnitt befindet sich in der Straßenbaulast der Stadt Herford. Die in diesem Vergabeverfahren abgefragten Planungsleistungen betreffen die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 8 des Leistungsbildes Objektplanung Verkehrsanlagen nach § 47 Abs. 1 HOAI, ergänzt durch Besondere Leistungen und Zusatzleistungen gemäß Leistungsbeschreibung und Vertrag. Die Beauftragung erfolgt stufenweise.
