Description

Die Stadt Leipzig beabsichtigt die Sanierung/den Ausbau der Wittestraße in Leipzig mit Herstellungskosten von derzeit ca. 1,8 Mio. EUR. netto. Gegenstand der geplanten Beauftragung für das Projekt sind entsprechend Vertragsentwurf die folgenden Leistungen: - Objektplanung Verkehrsanlagen nach § 47 HOAI 2021, LPH 1-9 - Objektplanung Ingenieurbauwerke Versickerungsanlagen nach § 42 HOAI 2021, LPH 1-9 - Besondere Leistungen (siehe Vertragsunterlage LB) Die Beauftragung erfolgt entsprechend den Vertragsbedingungen (siehe Anlage 6 Vertragsbedingungen) sowie nach einzelnen Leistungsphasen. Mit Abschluss des Verhandlungsverfahrens wird vertraglich für die OPL Verkehrsanlagen die Leistungsstufe I: Lph 1 bis 4 und für die OPL Ingenieurbauwerke die Leistungsstufe I: Lph 1 bis 2 beauftragt. Des Weiteren werden entsprechend Vertragsentwurf weitere Leistungen vorbehalten. Im Anschluss sollen nachfolgende Leistungsphasen stufenweise - einzeln oder im Ganzen - sowie Besondere Leistungen beauftragt werden.
