Description

Die Infrastrukturmaßnahme „Elektrifizierung Dresden - Bischofswerda / Demitz - Thumitz“ ist zur Verbesserung des Schienenpersonennahverkehrs zu planen. Damit sollen die Voraussetzungen geschaffen werden, um elektrische und Batterieelektrische Fahrzeuge in der Lausitz einsetzen zu können. Ab dem Jahr 2031 ist die Umstellung des Lausitzer SPNV-Netzes auf elektrische Traktion durch den Freistaat Sachsen geplant. Basis dafür bildet die vorlaufend geplante Infrastrukturmaßnahme „Bedarfsgerechter Ausbau und Elektrifizierung der Strecke Dresden - Görlitz“ *), für welche eine Vorplanung in wesentlichen Teilen vorliegt. Auf Grund von fortgeschriebenen und geänderten Randbedingungen ist für die weitere Planung der Infrastrukturmaßnahme eine Aktualisierung der VAst/BAst erfolgt und eine erneute Vorplanung für Teilmaßnahmen in dem Streckenabschnitt Dresden - Bischofswerda / Demitz - Thumitz der Strecke 6212 notwendig. Alle Planungsziele wurden mit dem Auftraggeber der Planungsleistungen, dem Freistaat Sachsen, erarbeitet. Die Entwurfs- und Genehmigungsplanung ist unter Verwendung der vorliegenden Vorentwurfsplanung *) zu erstellen. Zusätzlich ist für Teilmaßnahmen (z.B. Überleitstellen) die Vorplanung zu erbringen. Die Infrastrukturmaßnahme wird in 3 Lose unterteilt: Los 1: km 60,0 (Hp Demitz-Thumitz) - km 79,0 (Bf Arnsdorf (a)) Los 2: km 79,0 (Bf Arnsdorf) - km 96,0 (Bf Dresden-Klotzsche) Los 3: Bf Dresden-Friedrichstadt, Standortsuche Schaltposten im östlichen Bahnhofsteil Los 1 Demitz-Thumitz (DDT) - Arnsdorf (DAF), Lph 1, 2 (anteilig) und Lph 3 sowie optional Lph 4 und 6; Los 2 Bf Arnsdorf (DAF) - Dresden-Klotzsche (DKT), Lph 1, 2 (anteilig) und Lph 3 sowie optional Lph 4 und 6; Los 3 Sp Dresden-Friedrichstadt (DF)/ Knoten Dresden, Lph 1 und 2 sowie optional Lph 3 und 6
