Description

Planung Frei- und Verkehrsanlagen mit integriertem Beteiligungsverfahren Gegenstand der zu vergebenden Leistung ist die Planung von Frei- und Verkehrsanlagen mit integriertem Beteiligungsverfahren. Die Stadt Grevenbroich plant mit dem Peter-Kauertz-Platz in Neurath die nachhaltige und zukunftsfähige Umgestaltung eines generationenübergreifenden, barrierefreien Zentrums in dem Stadtteil, durch welche bislang ungenutzte Potenziale erschlossen und zur Belebung des dörflichen Lebens beigetragen werden soll. Das Projekt hat sich aus einem umfangreichen Masterplan-Prozess heraus entwickelt, der zum Ziel hatte, defizitäre Strukturen aufzuzeigen und Maßnahmen für städtebauliche Entwicklungen zu erarbeiten.
