Generalplanung (Teilprojekt 1: Rückbau ZOB Nord; Teilprojekt 2: Neubau ZOB Nord; Teilprojekt 3: Parkhaus Tal Josaphat) Bahnhofsumfeld ZOB / Generalplanerleistung: Im Zuge der geplanten Neugestaltung des Bahnhofsumfeldes in Limburg an der Lahn ist die Umsetzung mehrerer Teilprojekte vorgesehen, die der funktionalen und städtebaulichen Aufwertung des Bereichs rund um den Zentralen Omnibusbahnhof (ZOB) dienen. Teilprojekt 1: Rückbau des bestehenden ZOB Nord einschließlich des oberhalb des ZOBs angeordneten Parkhauses. Ziel ist die Freimachung der Fläche zur Vorbereitung des Neubaus. Teilprojekt 2: Neubau des ZOB Nord mit moderner und barrierefreier Infrastruktur. Teilprojekt 3: Erweiterung des Parkplatzes Tal Josaphat zur Schaffung zusätzlicher Stellplatzkapazitäten und zur Kompensation der im Zuge der Maßnahme wegfallenden Parkflächen. Inkl. Sanierung und Anbindung der Unterführung. Die Teilprojekte sind inhaltlich und zeitlich aufeinander abgestimmt und bilden gemeinsam eine wesentliche Maßnahme zur Verbesserung der Verkehrsinfrastruktur und Aufenthaltsqualität im Bahnhofsumfeld Limburg. Die Umsetzung erfolgt abschnittsweise in folgender Reihenfolge: zunächst Teilprojekt 3 (Erweiterung Parkplatz Tal Josaphat), anschließend Teilprojekt 1 (Rückbau ZOB Nord mit Parkhaus) und abschließend Teilprojekt 2 (Neubau ZOB Nord).
