Technische Ausrüstung, Anlagengruppen 4, 5 und 8 gemäß § 55 HOAI Leistungsphasen 3 - 9 und besonderen Leistungen für den Neubau einer barrierefreien Förderstätte der IWL in Machtlfing. Gegenstand der Beschaffung sind Planungsleistungen der Technischen Ausrüstung für den Neubau einer barrierefreien Förderstätte für 28 Personen mit hohem Unterstützungsbedarf. Der Neubau erfolgt in Holzmodulbauweise und umfasst differenzierte Raumgruppen wie Therapie und Themenarbeitsräume, reizreduzierte Einzelarbeitsplätze sowie Sanitär und Technikräume. Die Fachplanung beinhaltet eine Starkstromanlage, Fernmelde- und informationstechnische Anlagen sowie die Integration von Systemen zur Stromerzeugung. Ein wesentlicher Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Umsetzung eines nachhaltigen Low Tech Gebäudekonzepts sowie einer nutzerorientierten technischen Infrastruktur. Aufgrund der Zielgruppe sind erhöhte Anforderungen an den Klimakomfort und die Akustik der technischen Anlagen (reizreduzierte Umgebung). Die Planung muss die technischen Systeme in die Holzmodulstruktur integrieren. Umfang der technischen Planung (Anlagengruppen): Anlagengruppe 4 (Starkstromanlagen) Anlagengruppe 5 (Fernmelde- und informationstechnische Anlagen) Anlagengruppe 8 (Gebäudeautomation) BGF Erdgeschoss: ca. 834 qm (Hauptgebäude, Empfang und Vorbauten) BGF Untergeschoss: ca. 39 qm (Zentrale Technikräume)
