Description

Die Nardini Klinikum GmbH plant die Neuordnung der Patientenwege in der Eingangshalle des Nardini Klinikums St. Johannis Landstuhl. Der Eingangsbereich mit einer Fläche von 330 qm soll neu strukturiert werden. Die Aufgabe umfasst den Rückbau der bestehenden Einbauten wie Pforte, Besprechungsraum etc. In dem neu zu schaffenden Eingangsbereich sollen ein Infopunkt, Patientenannahme, Paket-/Briefannahme sowie sonstige notwendige Serviceeinrichtungen verortet werden. Der Umbau erfolgt im laufenden Betrieb. Die Funktion des Eingangsbereichs ist während der Baumaßnahme zu gewährleisten. Die aktuellen Brandschutzvorschriften sind zu beachten. Die zu vergebenen Leistungen sind Fachplanungsleistungen Technische Ausrüstung nach HOAI §53 ff Abs. (2) Nr. 1-8. Die Beauftragung erfolgt stufenweise. In der ersten Projektphase soll eine Grundlagenermittlung, Vor- und Entwurfsplanung (LPH 1-3 nach HOAI) erstellt werden. In der 2. Projektphase erfolgt der Abruf der Leistungsphasen 4 bis 7, in der 3. Projektphase der Abruf der Leistungsphasen 8+9. Die voraussichtlichen Baukosten werden auf folgende Summen (netto) geschätzt: KG 300: 581.862,51 € KG 400: 426.440,01 € Besondere Anforderungen bestehen bei dieser Baumaßnahme durch die Umsetzung der Baumaßnahme im laufenden Betrieb des Krankenhauses.
