Description

Die Stadt Schönewalde beabsichtigt den Neubau eines Feuerwehrgerätehauses im Ortsteil Knippelsdorf. Ausgeschrieben wird LOS 2 TGA Planung in den Leistungsphasen 3-8. Die Objektplanung ist bis zur Leistungsphase 4 bereits erfolgt, die Baugehnehmigung liegt vor. Auf dem Baugrundstück befindet sich derzeit ein ehemaliges Lebensmittelgeschäft, das zum Teil abgebrochen wird, um Platz für den Neubau zu schaffen. Der verbleibende Teil wird zu Aufenthaltsräumen (Schulungsraum, Hausanschlüsse und Lager) umgebaut. Der neue Anbau besteht aus der Fahrzeughalle, einem Büroraum, einem weiteren Lagerraum, sowie den Umkleide- und Sanitärräumen (jeweils für Damen und Herren). Der Teil des Gebäudes, der bestehen bleibt, ist unmittelbar in ein Wohnhaus eingebunden. Lediglich die Räumlichkeiten im Erdgeschoss stehen den Kameraden der Freiwilligen Feuerwehr zur Verfügung. Es soll ein Gemeinschaftraum mit Küchenzeile, ein Büro sowie ein Hauswirtschaftsraum entstehen. Die südliche Gebäudeabschlusswand des Neubaus wird auf der Grundstücksgrenze errichtet und als Brandwand ausgebildet. Der Bau hat eine Grundfläche von 268,80 m². Dabei wird die "Richtlinie für Sicherheit im Feuerwehrhaus" der Deutschen Gesetzlichen Unfallversicherung beachtet und daraus hervorgehende Vorschriften werden umgesetzt. Grundlage der weiteren Planungen ist die Genehmigungsplanung aus dem Jahr 2024. Die Planungsunterlagen sind als Anlage C.1.1 der Beschreibung der Vergabe beigefügt. Vorliegender Stand: - Objektplanung du Brandschutzplanung: LP 4 - Tragwerksplanung: LP 2 - Freianlagenplanung: LP 4 - TGA (HLS und ELT): LP 1 Gegenstand der vorliegenden Ausschreibung sind die integralen Planungsleistungen für den Neubau und denTeilumbau des Bestandsobjekts. Die zu vergebenden Planungsleistungen werden in Losen ausgeschrieben. Die vorliegende Leistungsbeschreibung bezieht sich exklusiv auf LOS 2.
