Der Ennepe-Ruhr-Kreis beabsichtigt die Vergabe von DGUV-Prüfungen elektrischer Geräte als Rahmenvereinbarung. Die Vergabe gliedert sich in 3 Lose: • Los 1: DGUV-V3/4 Prüfung ortsveränderlicher elektrischer Geräte nach VDE 0701 / 0702 • Los 2: DGUV-V3/4 Maschineninstallation Erstprüfung nach VDE 0113-1 Wiederkehrende Prüfung nach VDE 0105-100 sowie nach VDE 0701 / 0702 • Los 3: DGUV-V3/4 Gebäudeinstallation nach DIN VDE 0123-23-2. Los 1 beinhaltet die Prüfung ortsveränderlicher elektrischer Geräte nach VDE 0701 / 0702. 71630000. Er umfasst eine Laufzeit von 12 Monaten. Die Mindestabnahmemenge bzw. Anzahl der Prüfungen der ortsveränderlichen elektrischen Geräte beträgt 30.000 Geräte. Es wird mit einer Erwartungsmenge von ca. 43.000 Geräten gerechnet. Die maximale Abnahmemenge beträgt 55.000 Geräte. Der Höchstwert der Rahmenvereinbarung ist der Gesamtangebotspreis im Preisblatt (D Preisblatt) für diese Menge.; Los 2 beinhaltet die Maschineninstallation-Erstprüfung nach VDE 0113-1 und Wiederkehrende Prüfung nach VDE 0105-100 sowie nach VDE 0701 / 0702. Im Preisblatt /D Preisblatt) wurde hierfür ein Katalog über die verschiedenen zu prüfenden Geräte angefertigt. Für die Durchführung der Prüfung ist hierbei davon auszugehen, dass der Auftragnehmer das jeweilige Produkt, z.B. Kühlschrank, Herd usw. ausbauen muss, um die Prüfung durchzuführen. Der Vertrag umfasst eine Laufzeit von 12 Monaten. Die Mindestabnahmemenge liegt bei 65 % der im Preisblatt hinterlegten Höchstmenge. Der Höchstwert der Rahmenvereinbarung ist der Gesamtangebotspreis im Preisblatt (D Preisblatt). Es wird eine Abnahme von ca. 85 % erwartet.; In Los 3 sind 3 PV-Anlagen zu prüfen.
