Die Gesundheit Nord gGmbH (GeNo) ist der wichtigste Ausbildungsträger für Gesundheitsfachberufe und Pflege in Bremen und hat in der Bildungsakademie ihre gesamte Aus-, Fort- und Weiterbildung organisatorisch zusammengefasst. Insgesamt betreibt die GeNo neun Ausbildungsschulen. Damit die Bildungsakademie der GeNo auch in Zukunft den steigenden Anforderungen in Aus-, Fort- und Weiterbildungen im Gesundheitssektor gerecht werden kann, hat der Senat Bremens eine zentrale Standortlösung für die Bildungsakademie der Gesundheit Nord beschlossen. Die Bildungsakademie muss in den kommenden Jahren im Rahmen der Entwicklung des Neuen Hulsberg-Viertels (NHV) neu verortet werden. Die Bildungsakademie soll zukünftig dauerhaft in Haus 7 (denkmalgeschütztes Gebäude auf dem Klinikgelände des KBM) und einem ergänzenden Neubau östlich des geplanten Klinikparkhauses im NHV verortet werden. Ein privater Investor soll sowohl die Bauherrenfunktion als auch die vollständige Finanzierung des Projekts übernehmen. Für die Vorbereitung bis zum Bauende der Maßnahme benötigt der AG Unterstützung. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind folgende Leistungen für die technische Verfahrensbegleitung: 1. Erstellung der funktionalen Leistungsbeschreibung (FLB), 2. Durchführung eines Vergabeverfahrens für die Beschaffung des Investors, 3. Laufendes Vertrags- und Baucontrolling.
