Description

Der Landkreis Donau-Ries schreibt die HLS-Fachplanung (§ 55 HOAI) für den Neubau der FOS/BOS Hans-Leipelt-Schule in Donauwörth in einem zweistufigen VgV-Verhandlungsverfahren mit Teilnahmewettbewerb (§ 74 VgV) stufenweise ab der LPh 1 aus. Geplant wird ein Neubau mit max. 3.950 m2 Hauptnutzfläche auf einem Baufeld neben der heutigen Bestandsschule, die bis zum Einzug in den Neubau genutzt werden kann. Ein Rückbau des Bestandsgebäudes soll ggf. im Anschluss an den Neubau erfolgen. Die HLS-Fachplanungsleistungen für die Anlagengruppe 1, 2, 3 und 8 sowie Anlagen der nicht-öffentlichen Erschließung und Technische Anlagen in Außenanlagen werden stufenweise vergeben. - Als Stufe 1 werden zunächst die Grundlagenermittlung (LPh 1) und Vorplanung (LPh 2) beauftragt. Der Auftraggeber behält sich vor, als weitere Stufen abzurufen: - als Stufe 2 die Entwurfsplanung (LPh 3) und Genehmigungsplanung (LPh 4 nur für AG 1) - als Stufe 3 die Ausführungsplanung (LPh 5), Vorbereitung der Vergabe (LPh 6) und Mitwirkung an der Vergabe (LPh 7), - als Stufe 4 die Objektüberwachung - Bauüberwachung und Dokumentation (LPh 8) und die Objektbetreuung (LPh 9). Auf die Beauftragung der weiteren Stufen besteht kein Anspruch. Für die einzelne Stufen und die beauftragten Planungs- und Überwachungsleistungen wird auf den Ingenieurvertrag, die Leistungsbeschreibung und die weiteren Vergabeunterlagen verwiesen.
