Description

Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt, die Planungs- und Realisierungsphase des ÖPP-Projekts „Deutsches Museum Neubau des Zentraldepots in Erding“ unter Anwendung eines übergeordneten Vertragscontrollings abzuwickeln. Gegenstand des Bauprojekts „Deutsches Museum Neubau des Zentraldepots in Erding“ ist der Neubau eines modular zu errichtenden Zentraldepots auf einem im Eigentum des Auftraggebers befindlichen Grundstücks in Erding-Aufhausen. Dafür werden die Planung, Errichtung, Finanzierung sowie Instandhaltungs- und Betriebsdienstleistungen des Gebäudes über 25 Jahre in Auftrag gegeben. Der Neubau soll auf einem Grundstück in Erding-Aufhausen errichtet werden, das sich im Eigentum des Deutschen Museums befindet. Planung, Errichtung, Finanzierung und Betrieb sind Gegenstand eines derzeit laufenden Verhandlungsverfahrens mit Teilnahmewettbewerb. Zum Zwecke des Controllings des ÖP-Partners soll ein technischer Berater (Controller) gebunden werden. Die hierzu erforderlichen Controlling-Leistungen entsprechend der Leistungsbeschreibung (s. hierzu Anlage 1 zum Vertrag, Anlage 1) sollen mit dem hiesigen Vergabeverfahren beschafft werden. Das Verfahren wird als offenes Verfahren gem. §§ 97 ff. GWB und § 15 VgV durchgeführt.
