Auf dem Areal des ehem. Flughafens Tegel entstehen im Auftrag des Landes Berlin durch die Berlin TXL Management GmbH in den folgenden Jahren der Forschungs- und Industriepark für urbane Technologien, Berlin TXL The Urban Tech Republic, und ein Wohnquartier mit über 5.000 Wohnungen, Berlin TXL - Schumacher Quartier sowie angeschlossene Erholungs- und Naturräume. Im Rahmen einer Detailuntersuchung ist eine Abschätzung der Gefahren bzw. der Wahrscheinlichkeit des Eintritts von Gefahren vorzunehmen, die von der untersuchten Fläche ausgehen. Im Ergebnis ist zu entscheiden, ob Gefahrenabwehrmaßnahmen bzw. eine Sanierung notwendig sind. Die hier ausgeschriebenen Leistungen beziehen sich auf die Bereiche UTR und den Landschaftspark und beinhalten die technischen Leistungen (VOB- und VOL-Leistungen) zur Beseitigung der Kenntnisdefizite.
