Description

Erbringung von Dienstleistungen zum Betrieb von "Mein Justizpostfach" (MJP) Die zu erbringende Leistung umfasst den sicheren, hochverfügbaren Betrieb des MJP in einer Produktiv-Umgebung und die Bereitstellung und den Betrieb einer Testumgebung, die Mitwirkung bei der Erarbeitung und Abstimmung von betriebsrelevanten Change Requests (CRs) und bei Abnahmetests neuer Versionen, die Ersteinrichtung und Migration der Daten vom aktuellen Betreiber sowie fortlaufendes Migrationsmagement bei neuen MJP-Softwareversionen, das Störungs- und Änderungsmanagement, den Second-Level-Support, die Erstellung eines Sicherheits- und Datenschutzkonzepts für den Betrieb, die Bereitstellung von Monitoringdaten (Reporting) und die Umsetzung von Datensicherungsverfahren. Die konkreten Anforderungen an die Leistung ergeben sich aus den Vergabe- und Vertragsunterlagen (dort insbesondere im Abschnitt 5).
