Description

Um sowohl die Erstinstallation der SAP BTP für das Projekt SAP BTP Cloud Region in 2026, als auch den Betrieb der SAP BTP Cloud Region Bw ab 2027 wie beauftragt leisten zu können, beabsichtigt die BWI GmbH (im Folgenden: "BWI") schon jetzt, ein Betriebsteam für die Plattform SAP BTP inkl. aller technischer Bestandteile (z.B. Clound Foundry, SAP Gardener, etc) zu etablieren. Aus diesem Grund ist temporär ein dediziertes SAP BTP Test- & Trainingssystem benötigt. Hierfür wurde die Vergabe 1685 Ende 2024 erfolgreich durchgeführt und bewilligt. Der Start des Ausbildungssystems war in 03/2025, um noch in 2025 mit der technischen Ausbildung der BWI Mitarbeiter starten zu können damit eine erfolgreiche Schulung der BWI Mitarbeiter zeitgerecht vor Verfügbarkeit der SAP BTP sicherstellen zu können. Da sich die Einführung jedoch verzögert, beabsichtigt die BWI im Rahmen dieser Vergabe die Erweiterung des bestehenden Vertrages (Änderungsvereinbarung) für die SAP BTP Test- und Ausbildungsanlage als Software as a Service (damalige Vergabe 1685) um weitere 12 Monate. Hierzu soll im Wege eines Verhandlungsverfahrens ohne Teilnahmewettbewerb nach § 14 Abs.4 Nr. 2 lit. b) und c) VgV mit der Fa. SAP für 12 Monate durchgeführt werden. Die geschätzten Mengen sowie die Obergrenze sind den Vergabe- und Vertragsunterlagen zu entnehmen.
