Die GIZ betreibt seit 2005 ein Dokumentenmanagementsystem (DMS) auf Basis von OpenText Content Server. Zuletzt fand ein Upgrade auf die Version 23.3 statt. Das DMS verwaltet ca. 40 Mio. Objekte, und es wird von ca. 25.300 Usern weltweit genutzt. Im Wesentlichen wird das DMS genutzt zur - Dokumentenablage in strukturierten Projektakten - Dokumentenablage in Ordner der Organisationsstruktur - Verlinkung von Dokumenten im Intranet (IDA) - Zusammenarbeit von Teams und Externen (Communities of Practice) Gegenstand der vorliegenden Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss eines Dienstvertrags zur Erbringung von laufenden Betriebsunterstützungsleistungen auf Basis von monatlichen Pauschalen sowie einer Rahmenvereinbarung zur Erbringung von IT-Dienstleistungen per Einzelauftrag mit einer einzigen auftragnehmenden Partei (AN). Die AN hat in enger Abstimmung mit dem DMS-Team der Abteilung IT-Betrieb im Bereich DIGITS und den Fachbereichen der GIZ optimale und wirtschaftliche IT-Lösungen zu konzeptionieren und umzusetzen (Leistungen per Einzelauftrag). Zudem unterstützt die AN das DMS-Team bei Fehlerbehebung und Incidentbearbeitung im 3rd Level (Betriebsunterstützung auf Basis von monatlichen Pauschalen). Die zu erbringenden Dienstleistungen auf Basis monatlicher Pauschalen umfassen folgende Leistungen: - Support für Content Server - Support für OpenText Archiv Server -Security Patches bei Bedarf -Support für Scan-Arbeitsplätze Es wird eine Rahmenvereinbarung abgeschlossen zur Erbringung folgender Leistungen per Einzelauftrag: - Beratungsleistungen - Customzing- und Programmierleistungen - Systemadministrationsleistungen
