Description
Bei der Errichtung des Kammergebäudes handelt es sich um einen Neubau. Der Neubau ist als freistehendes, eingeschossiges Gebäude ohne Keller geplant. Das Gebäude ist mit einer Höhe von weniger als 7m und mehr als zwei Nutzungseinheiten von insgesamt mehr als 400m² gem. LBO-SH §2 (4) in die Gebäudeklasse 3 einzustufen. Auf dem Dach des Gebäude, maximal 7° Neigung, soll eine PV-Anlage mit rund 180 kWp und 800 m² PV-Genaratorfläche installiert werden. Die erforderlichen Wechselrichter werden im Gebäude installiert. Die Verkabelung der Strings nebst erforderlichem Überspannungsschutz ist ebenso Bestandteil der Ausschreibung wie zugehörige Sicherheitskomponenten sowie die Anbindung an das Niederspannungsnetz einschließlich Schaltanlage.
