Description

Bei diesem Bauvorhaben handelt es sich um den Neubau der Martin-Niemöller-Gesamtschule in Bielefeld. Das Plangebiet erstreckt sich dabei auf ein nördliches und ein südliches Grundstück. Trafostation 1: Kompakt-Trafostation mit Kabelkeller und 800kVA Gießharz-Transformator, MS-SA SF6-frei. Trafostation 2: Begehbare Trafostation mit Kabelkeller und zwei Trafo-Zellen für 250kVA und 630kVA Gießharz-Transformatoren, MS-SA SF6-frei. Niederspannungsschaltanlage als Übergabe im kombinierten NS/MS-Schaltraum, Freihaltung für EZA-Regler. Lage der Baustelle: Die beiden Areale werden westlich durch die Apfelstraße begrenzt und sind durch die Straße An der Reegt voneinander getrennt. Die Station Nord befindet sich in der südwestlichen Grundstücksecke, eine Andienung kann ggf. über die Straße An der Reegt und Nachbargrundstücke erfolgen. Die Station Süd befindet sich an der Grundstücksgrenze Apfelstraße. Dem AN wird empfohlen das Baugebiet/Baugrundstück vor Angebotsabgabe in eigener Verantwortung zu besichtigen, um sich eine Kalkulationsgrundlage zu schaffen. Ausführungszeit: Nordgebäude: 24.11.2026-25.03.2027 (Bauzeitenterminplan Stand 07.07.2025) Südgebäude: 19.05.2026-31.08.2026 (nach aktuellem Rahmen-TP Index 11, Stand 16.01.2024).
