Die Stadt Tamm beabsichtigt die Durchführung eines nichtoffenen freiraumplanerischen Realisierungswettbewerbs mit Ideenteil nach RPW 2013 zur Entwicklung des Stadtgartens. Dem Wettbewerb ist ein europaweiter Teilnahmewettbewerb vorgeschaltet. Aus den eingegangenen Bewerbungen werden neun geeignete Landschaftsarchitekturbüros ausgewählt; ein weiteres Büro ist gesetzt. Im Anschluss an den Wettbewerb beabsichtigt die Ausloberin, mit dem Gewinner oder einem Preisträger ein Verhandlungsverfahren gemäß § 14 Abs. 4 Nr. 8 VgV durchzuführen. Gegenstand des Verfahrens ist die Durchführung eines europaweiten Teilnahmewettbewerbs zur Auswahl von Teilnehmern für einen nichtoffenen freiraumplanerischen Realisierungswettbewerb mit Ideenteil nach RPW 2013 zur Entwicklung des Stadtgartens. Ziel des Wettbewerbs ist die Entwicklung eines qualitätsvollen, klimaangepassten und identitätsstiftenden Freiraums mit hoher Aufenthaltsqualität unter Berücksichtigung freiraumplanerischer, städtebaulicher, ökologischer und wasserwirtschaftlicher Anforderungen. Dem Wettbewerb ist ein europaweiter Teilnahmewettbewerb vorgeschaltet. Aus den fristgerecht eingegangenen und geeigneten Bewerbungen werden neun Landschaftsarchitekturbüros ausgewählt. Zusätzlich nimmt ein gesetztes Büro am Wettbewerb teil. Die Ausloberin beabsichtigt, nach Abschluss des Wettbewerbs mit dem Gewinner oder einem Preisträger ein Verhandlungsverfahren gemäß § 14 Abs. 4 Nr. 8 VgV ohne Teilnahmewettbewerb zur Vergabe der Freianlagenplanung durchzuführen. Die beigefügten Auslobungsunterlagen dienen der ausführlichen Erläuterung des Verfahrens und der Aufgabenstellung.
