Description

Fördergebiet „Torgau-Nordwest“ im Städtebauförderprogramm „Sozialer Zusammenhalt (SZP) / Projektbegleitung / Sanierungsträgerschaft Die Stadt Torgau wurde mit Bescheid der Sächsischen Aufbaubank - Förderbank (SAB) vom 01.09.2025 in das Städtebauförderprogramm: „Sozialer Zusammenhalt - Zusammenleben im Quartier gemeinsam gestalten“ (SZP) aufgenommen. Das festgelegte Fördergebiet „Torgau-Nordwest“ umfasst eine Fläche von rund 80 Hektar und ist Gegenstand einer städtebaulichen Gesamtmaßnahme im Sinne des § 171e Abs. 3 Baugesetzbuch (BauGB). Diese Ausschreibung hat die Vergabe von Leistungen an einen Sanierungsträger zum Ziel. Es gilt, eine qualitätsvolle Verknüpfung der bereits im Gebiet existierenden Fördergebiete von EFRE und ESF herzustellen.
