Description

Die Stadt Rüsselsheim am Main beabsichtigt die Folgebeauftragung zur Erstellung eines Integrierten Städtebaulichen Entwicklungskonzepts (nachfolgend: "ISEK"). Im Zuge der Erstellung des Rahmenplans ist der Bedarf an einem ISEK festgestellt worden. Auf Basis der bereits beauftragten Leistungen der Rahmenplanung ist die Erarbeitung eines ISEK aufgrund der inhaltlich gleichen Planungsleistungen durch Erweiterung des Auftrags zur Rahmenplanung möglich. Die Beauftragung zur Erstellung eines ISEK gemäß der ministeriellen Mustergliederung basiert auf bereits vorliegenden Analysen und Erkenntnissen sowie den im Zuge der Rahmenplanung identifizierten Lösungsansätzen und Entwicklungsoptionen, auf die für die Erstellung des ISEK maßgeblich zurückgegriffen werden kann. Der inhaltliche Zusammenhang zwischen der Rahmenplanung und dem ISEK ergibt sich daraus, dass das ISEK auf den im Rahmenplan erarbeiteten Grundlagen und Ergebnissen aufbaut und diese für den Förderbereich weiterentwickelt.
