Germany - Special clothing - Framework contract without purchase obligation, flame-resistant intervention suits

The Free State of Saxony, for its police and justice authorities, intends to conclude a framework contract without any purchase obligation for the on-demand supply of flame-resistant intervention suits (type 26). The contract runs for two years with an option to extend by a further two years. The maximum quantities under the framework contract are 7,680 intervention suits for the Saxony police and 800 intervention suits for the justice sector. Deliveries will be made on demand as orders are placed during the contract term.
