Markterkundung gemäß § 28 Abs. 1 VgV zur Überprüfung des Marktes, um potentielle Anbieter zu identifizieren, die die erforderlichen Kompetenzen und Ressourcen besitzen, um zur Erfüllung von Forschungsaufgaben zwei (2) speziell konstruierte und im Verbund aufeinander abgestimmte Kernspinresonanz-Spektrometer herzustellen und dem Auftraggeber zu übereignen. Diese Bekanntmachung dient zur Interessenbekundung.
