Description

Der Auftragsgegenstand umfasst mehrere Datenserversysteme, die unterschiedliche Anforderungen erfüllen und im zeitkritischen 24/7 Betrieb hochverfügbar ausgelegt sein müssen. Die Hardware des Gesamtsystems bestehend aus Datenbankservern, Datenzugriffsservern, Speichersystemen und Netzwerk soll im Rahmen dieses Verfahrens modernisiert und vergrößert werden. Für jedes Datenserversystem wird eine Verfügbarkeit von 99% erwartet. Für das Gesamtsystem wird eine Verfügbarkeit von 99,8% gefordert. Die Werte gelten jeweils gemessen über 30 Tage. Die zu beschaffenden Systeme müssen redundant an zwei (optional drei) verschiedenen Standorten installiert werden: Ein Datenserversystem für die Routine im Rechenzentrum des Deutschen Wetterdienstes in Offenbach am Main (DMRZ-OF) Ein unabhängiges Datenserversystem für Backup, Integration und Tests an einem Zweitstandort (DMRZ-EX). Der Standort DMRZ-EX wird sich auf deutschem Staatsgebiet in mindestens fünfzig Kilometern Entfernung vom Standort DMRZ-OF befinden. Der genaue Standort steht derzeit noch nicht fest. Die Mitteilung des Standorts erfolgt so früh wie möglich, spätestens jedoch bis März 2027. Nach Festlegung wird der Auftragnehmer unverzüglich über den Standort DMRZ-EX informiert. Ein unabhängiges, kleineres Datenserversystem ebenfalls am Standort DMRZ-EX. Als Option ist anzubieten, dieses System stattdessen am Standort der Bundeswehr in Euskirchen DMRZ-EU zu installieren. Die Entscheidung, ob die Option DMRZ-Euskirchen vom Deutschen Wetterdienst gezogen wird, erfolgt spätestens bis zum Zuschlag. Die Erstellung des Gesamtsystems ist in folgende Phasen unterteilt: Phase 1: Lieferung, Installation, Betrieb und Wartung Phase 2 (optional): Weiterbetrieb des Systemservices, ggfs. Leistungssteigerung durch ein weiteres Datenserversystem Nach Vertragsende (optional): Abbau, Entsorgung und Rückbau der Systeme Die detaillierte Beschreibung sowie alle Anforderungen sind den Anlagen „Leistungsbeschreibung“ und „Leistungsmatrix“ zu entnehmen und werden dem Interessenten nach Einreichung der Vertraulichkeitsvereinbarung zur Verfügung gestellt.
