The City of Garbsen (Germany) is seeking an investor and operator for the construction and operation of a daycare centre. The land remains in municipal ownership. The investor may operate the facility itself or form a bidding consortium with a daycare provider. The centre will comprise five groups: two nursery groups for children under three and three kindergarten groups for children from three years, one of which is an integration group. After 25 years of use the facility will transfer to the ownership of the City of Garbsen.
