Description

Die Stadt Gronau (Westf.) saniert derzeit die Einfach- sowie Dreifach-Sporthalle an der Gasstraße im Stadtteil Epe. Die Sporthallen werden sowohl von den naheliegenden Schulen wie von Vereinen und zu Liga-Spielen genutzt. Im 1. Bauabschnitt wurde bereits die Einfachturnhalle ("Kleine Halle") saniert. Der 2. Bauabschnitt umfasst die Dreifachturnhalle ("Große Halle"). Mit dieser Ausschreibung sollen die Lüftungstechnikarbeiten vergeben werden. Laut aktuellem Baustellenterminplan kann voraussichtlich am 24.03.2026 mit den Arbeiten begonnen werden. Errichtung der lüftungstechnischen Anlagen einschl. Wärmedämmarbeiten für die Dreifeld - Sporthalle einschl. Zuschauereingang und Multifunktionsraum Die Arbeiten umfassen mindestens: - Zu- und Abluftanlage Sporthalle ca. 10.800 m³/h, Klappen, Filter, WRG, Heizregister, Außenaufstellung Dach einschl. Krangestellung - Kompakt-Lüftungsgerät Multifunktionsraum ca. 2.800 m³/h, Klappen, Filter, WRG, Außenaufstellung Dach einschl. Krangestellung - Nacherhitzer Kanaleinbau ca. 2.800 m³/h ? Lü?ungsleitungen: ca. 520 m² Rechteckkanal, ca. 400 m² Formteile, ca. 300 m Wickelfalzrohr - Volumenstromregler: ca. 10 St konstant, ca. 15 St variabel jeweils mit Schalldämpfer - Luftauslässe: ca. 50 St Drallauslässe, Gitter und Tellerventile - Brandschutzklappen: ca. 14 St mit Federrücklaufmotor - Erstellung von ca. 20 Kernbohrungen - Wärmedämmung von Kanälen: ca. 200 m² wetterfest 2-lagig mit Blechmantel, ca. 150 m² 1-lagig innen
