Description

Die Stadt Marl plant an der Hervester Straße den Neubau einer dreizügigen Grundschule als sternförmiges zweigeschossigen Schulgebäude sowie eines eingeschossigen Sportgebäudes. Beide Gebäude werden in Holzbauweise auf Fundamentplatten aus Stahlbeton geplant, das Sportgebäude erhält eine Teilunterkellerung. Das Schulgebäude ist in Clusterstruktur mit Klassen-, Gruppen-, Fachräumen, Verwaltungsbereich sowie einer Mensa/Aula ausgestattet. Im Sportgebäude sind eine Zweifeld-Sporthalle, ein Lehrschwimmbecken sowie die Nebenräume mit Umkleiden- und Sanitärbereichen untergebracht. Durch den Auftragnehmer ist für eine Wärmebank entlang der Glasfassade des Schwimmbades die Sitzbankauflage mit vorderer Abkantung und hinterer Aufkantung aus Mineralwerkstoff (Vollmaterial) in fugenloser Optik herzustellen und einzubauen.
