Description

Gegenstand der Vergabe ist der Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrags über Leistungen zur Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden CRM-Systems von Engagement Global (insbesondere der Projektedatenbank für die Fachprogramme von Engagement Global) auf Basis von Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Gegenstand der Vergabe ist der Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrags (EVB-IT Dienstvertrags) zur Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden CRM-Systems von Engagement Global auf Basis von Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Das CRM-System besteht aus folgenden Teilbereichen: Kontaktmanagementsystem, Veranstaltungsmanagementsystem, Anfragenmanagementsystem sowie Trägerprüfung und insbesondere auch die Projektedatenbank. Vom Leistungsspektrum des abzuschließenden Rahmenvertrags umfasst sind folgende fünf Leistungsbereiche: - Umstieg in die Microsoft Azure Cloud, - Etablierung eines Portals zur Online-Antragstellung, - Entwicklung neuer Module und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Funktionen, - Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Schnittstellen zu anderen Systemen und - Weiterentwicklung und Unterstützung des bestehenden CRM-Systems. Wegen der Einzelheiten wird auf die Leistungsbeschreibung verwiesen. Die Laufzeit des Rahmenvertrags soll 48 Monate betragen und mit Zuschlagserteilung beginnen (voraussichtlich Anfang September 2026). Während der Laufzeit ist Engagement Global berechtigt, jedoch nicht verpflichtet Leistungen in einem Umfang von bis zu 184 Personentagen für Beratung/Konzeption/Projektsteuerung sowie von bis zu 798,5 Personentagen für Entwicklung/technische Umsetzung abzurufen.
