Description

Rahmenvereinbarung über digitale Agenturleistungen Mit der vorliegenden Ausschreibung beabsichtigt die Auftraggeberin den Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit einer fachkundigen und leistungsfähigen Digitalagentur. Gegenstand der Rahmenvereinbarung ist die mehrjährige Unterstützung der Auftraggeberin bei der technischen und operativen Weiterentwicklung ihrer digitalen Kanäle sowie die Beratung und Umsetzung neuer digitaler Leistungen. Die Rahmenvereinbarung soll mit einer Laufzeit von vier Jahren geschlossen werden. Während der Vertragslaufzeit soll die Auftraggeberin bei der Weiterentwicklung bestehender sowie der Konzeption und Umsetzung neuer digitaler Kanäle unterstützt werden. Hierzu zählen insbesondere die Website, mobile Anwendungen, Kundenportale sowie weitere digitale Zugangs- und Servicekanäle. Die Leistungen sind unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der Nutzer- und Serviceorientierung, der Unternehmenswerte der Auftraggeberin sowie der geltenden Corporate-Design-Vorgaben zu erbringen. Ziel der Beauftragung ist es, die digitalen Angebote qualitativ weiterzuentwickeln, deren Nutzbarkeit zu verbessern und hierdurch die Zufriedenheit der Kund*innen sowie der Mitarbeitenden nachhaltig zu steigern.
