Das Hereon setzt derzeit SAP ERP 6.0 EHP8 HCM für die Personaladministration und -abrechnung ein. Zur Unterstützung der personalwirtschaftlichen Prozesse werden die Komponenten Personaladministration, Personalzeitwirtschaft, Personalabrechnung, Personalkostenplanung und die Obligo Verwaltung eingesetzt. Zusätzlich nutzt das Hereon zur Beschleunigung administrativer Abläufe SAP Process & Forms, verschiedene Workflows sowie den Employee Self-Service (ESS) und Manager Self-Service (MSS) auf Basis des SAP-Portals. Das SAP-Portal mit den Self-Services sowie das elektronische Beschaffungssystem sind in das Hereon-Intranet integriert. Die Systemlandschaft besteht aus einem Zentralsystem mit allen Modulen in einer 2 System-Architektur. Seit Oktober 2025 ist SuccessFactors mit dem Modul Recruiting produktiv im Einsatz. Für die Wartung und den Support von SF Recruiting ist ein externer Dienstleister bestellt. Derzeit befindet sich eine Umstellung des SAP-NetWeaver-Portals 7.5 für Employee und Manager-Self-Services auf ein SAP-FIORI-Portal in Planung und ist beim späteren Betreuungsumfang bzw. Beraterportfolio der Dienstleistung zu berücksichtigen (ab 2028 fortlaufend). Des Weiteren läuft zudem eine Ausschreibung zur "Einführung Travelmanage- ment im Hereon" zur Ablösung von Notes. Zu den zentralen Anforderungen gehören: - Sicherstellung des stabilen und reibungslosen Betriebs der HCM Systeme in den genannten Modulen und Komponenten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Key Userinnen und Key Usern - Analyse und Behebung von Fehlern im laufenden Betrieb - Durchführung von HCM Customizing und weiteren Systemanpassungen nach dem Einspielen von Patches und Updates - Umsetzung und Dokumentation neuer Anforderungen (z.?B. gesetzliche, tarifliche oder betriebliche Änderungen) in Abstimmung mit den HCM Key Userinnen und Key Usern sowie dem Bereich Personalmanagement - Erstellung neuer HCM Reports sowie Anpassung bestehender Auswertungen nach Bedarf (z.?B. statistische Berichte für Behörden und Institutionen nach Patch Einspielungen) - Umsetzung neuer Anforderungen im SAP NetWeaver Portal sowie Administration des Portal Contents (z.?B. neue Formulare in Web Dynpro) bzw. perspektivisch im FIORI-Launchpad - Fachliche Ansprechperson für HCM Key Userinnen und Key User sowie für IT Systemadministratorinnen und -administratoren - Sicherstellung eines kontinuierlichen Know how Transfers an Key Userinnen und Key User sowie an die IT Administration
