Gegenstand dieser Vergabe ist die Erbringung umfassender Leistungen zum Betrieb, zur Administration, zur Optimie-rung und Weiterentwicklung des Batchmanagements mit BMC Control-M. Ziel ist die Sicherstellung eines stabilen, sicheren und hochverfügbaren Betriebs der Batchlandschaft unter Einhaltung aller relevanten regulatorischen Anfor-derungen, insbesondere der NIS-2-Richtlinie und der KRITIS-Verordnung. Kurzbeschreibung des Vergabegegenstandes: Gegenstand dieser Vergabe ist die Erbringung umfassender Leistungen zum Betrieb, zur Administration, zur Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung des Batchmanagements mit BMC Control-M. Ziel ist die Sicherstellung eines stabilen, sicheren und hochverfügbaren Betriebs der Batchlandschaft unter Einhaltung aller relevanten regulatorischen Anforderungen, insbesondere der NIS-2-Richtlinie und der KRITIS-Verordnung. Ausgangssituation: Derzeit erfolgt der Betrieb der zentralen Batch-Verarbeitung durch interne Mitarbeiter und mehrere Mitarbeiter des bestehenden Dienstleisters. Der Dienstleister unterstütz im Tagesbetrieb bei hohem Arbeitsanfall (Projekte, etc.) und geplanten und ungeplanten Ausfällen der internen Mitarbeiter. Darüber hinaus übernimmt der Dienstleister Aufgaben wie zum Beispiel das Patching, Migration, Weiterentwicklung, Anpassungen am Control-M System, Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Hersteller bei Softwarefehlern und andere. Die Leistungen des bisherigen Dienstleisters sollen an einen neuen Dienstleister über eine definierte Transition übergeben werden. Der Betrieb erfolgt im Anschluss weiterhin durch interne Mitarbeiter gemeinsam mit den Mitarbeitern des neuen Dienstleisters.
