Description

Die KfW plant die Beschaffung einer zentralen Lernplattform, die allen Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften der KfW Bankengruppe zur Verfügung stehen soll. Die neu einzuführende Plattform soll das bestehende Produkt (SAP LSO) vollumfänglich ablösen. Die vom Auftragnehmer geschuldete neue Lernplattform muss neben klassischen LMS-Funktionalitäten (z.B. Seminarmanagement, Teilnehmerverwaltung, Reporting) auch eine moderne Lernumgebung bieten, in der das Lernen in verschiedenen Formaten (z.B. Trainings, Seminare, Videos, E-Learning, Selbstlernmaterialien wie Dokumente, Podcast) stattfindet. Ebenso muss der Auftragnehmer sicherstellen, dass regulatorische Anforderungen (z.B. Pflichttrainings, Reporting) erfüllt werden können. Der Auftragnehmer schuldet neben der reinen Plattform ebenso die Einführung eines integrierten Autorentools, so dass Fachexperten innerhalb der KfW eigenständig Inhalte aufbereiten und auf der Plattform bereitstellen können. Eine Schnittstelle zum aktuell führenden HR-System (SAP HCM) ist Voraussetzung, um die neu einzukaufende Software einzubinden. Perspektivisch ist die Einführung einer neuen cloudbasierten HR-Plattform geplant. Es muss sichergestellt sein, dass die zentrale Lernplattform auch an das zukünftige System per Schnittstelle angebunden werden kann. Der Auftragnehmer schuldet die folgenden Leistungen: 1. Bereitstellung einer Software im Funktionsumfang der Leistungsbeschreibung 2. Durchführung eines Projekts zur Einführung der Software bei der KfW 3. Betrieb der Software „as a Service“ 4. Fachliche und technische Unterstützung während der Betriebsphase 5. Beendigungsunterstützung
