Die Universtät Münster schreibt Lizenzen für sich und insgesamt 22 weitere Einrichtungen aus. Es handelt sich um VMware Mietlizenzen (inkl. Wartung, Support und Softwareupdates): vSphere Foundation (VVF); VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF); vSAN (VVF Base); vSAN (VCF Base); vDefend (VCF Base); AVI (VCF Base) Mit dem Bestbieter wird ein EVB-IT Überlassungsvertrag Typ B und ein EVB-IT Pflegevertrag (Langfassung), geschlossen. Änderungen und Ergänzungen sind schriftlich zu vereinbaren. Sollte dieser Vertrag in Teilen nicht rechtsgültig sein, so bleiben die übrigen Teile hiervon unberührt. An die Stelle der nicht rechtsgültigen Teile treten diesen möglichst nahekommende Regelungen. Weitere Informationen entnehmen Sie bitte der Leistungsbeschreibung.
