Description

Elektronische Durchführung der schriftlichen staatlichen Pflichtfachprüfung ab der Sommerkampagne 2025, - optional jährlich maximal verlängerbar bis einschließlich der Sommerkampagne 2028 - im Saarland. Aufgabe des Auftragnehmers wird sein, im Saarland die schriftliche staatliche Pflichtfachprüfung ab der Sommerkampagne 2025, - optional jährlich maximal verlängerbar bis einschließlich der Sommerkampagne 2028 - elektronisch durchzuführen. Dazu muss der Auftragnehmer aus einer Hand eine zur Klausurbearbeitung geeignete Software und die für die sichere Prüfungsumgebung benötigte technische Infrastruktur sowie Nutzerhardware zur Verfügung stellen. Die Prüfungskampagnen (Sommer und Winter) der staatlichen Pflichtfachprüfung finden jeweils im Großraum Saarbrücken in einem bzw. mehreren Prüfungsraum/Prüfungsräumen statt. Die technische Lösung ist für jede Prüfungskampagne einzurichten und danach wieder abzubauen. Darüber hinaus muss der Auftragnehmer den technischen Support vor und während der Prüfung sowie erforderlichenfalls während der Korrekturphase nach den Prüfungen sowie in der Zeit möglicher Prüfungsanfechtungen übernehmen. Zum Gegenstand des Auftrags zählt auch die Bereitstellung vorgelagerter Übungsmöglichkeiten der eingesetzten Prüfungssoftware. Als Option soll auch die elektronische Korrektur der Examensklausuren angeboten werden, wobei der Auftragnehmer aus einer Hand die vollständige Software und Plattform zur elektronischen Korrektur zur Verfügung stellt. Die maximale Höchstmenge wird für die Gesamtvertragslaufzeit auf acht Prüfungskampagnen festgelegt. Die Schätzmenge liegt ebenfalls bei sieben Prüfungskampagnen.
