Description

Nachdem eine Analyse der bestehenden Systeme funktionale Lücken im Zusammenhang mit Berichten, Frühwarnung und Fördermittel-Tracking aufgezeigt hat, hat der Auftraggeber festgestellt, dass die Komplexität des Campus-Projektes Merheim sowie die Anforderungen der Fördermittelgeber ein effektives und transparentes Controllingsystem erforderlich machen. Zu diesem Zweck möchte der Auftraggeber die Implementierung eines IT-gestützten Systems für das Bau- und Projektcontrolling zur regelkonformen und prüfbaren Steuerung aller Projekte und Teilprojekte des neuen Gesundheitscampus am Standort Merheim beauftragen, wobei insbesondere Transparenz, Nachvollziehbarkeit und Frühwarnung systemgestützt auf allen Ebenen gewährleistet sein müssen.
