Description

Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist ein Social-Media-Management-System zur zentralen Steuerung, Überwachung und Auswertung der Social-Media-Aktivitäten der Polizei Baden-Württemberg. Das System soll die Bearbeitung eingehender Bürgeranfragen, die Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Inhalten sowie das Monitoring relevanter Kommunikationskanäle in Echtzeit ermöglichen. Darüber hinaus muss die Lösung die gesetzlichen Vorgaben zur Barrierefreiheit und zum Datenschutz vollständig erfüllen. Erforderlich sind zudem eine hohe technische Verfügbarkeit, ein zuverlässiger Support sowie eine stabile, behördentaugliche Performance im täglichen Einsatz. Das Produkt muss alle operativen Anforderungen eines polizeilichen Lage- und Kommunikationsbetriebs sicher abdecken.
