Description

Im Rahmen der BETEC Projekte wurden Alarmempfangseinrichtungen für die Aufschaltung von sowohl polizeieigener Überfall- und Einbruchmeldeanlagen als auch für externe Alarmobjekte über ÜEA-Provider beschafft. Durch kontinuierlichen Ausbau und netzwerktechnische Anpassungen sind die beiden zuvor getrennt beschafften Anlagen allerdings mittlerweile als verschmolzene und untrennbare Einheit zu betrachten. Zur Sicherstellung eines ordnungsgemäßen Betriebes bedarf es für die Alarmempfangseinrichtung (AEE) eines Gesamtwartungsvertrages innerhalb einer Rahmenvereinbarung für die Dauer von 4 Jahren. Der Gesamtwartungsvertrag soll neben der Wartung auch den Austausch nicht mehr funktionsfähiger Hardwarekomponenten im Bedarfsfall beinhalten (sog. "Innovationstausch").
