LOS 1: Beschaffung und Installation von zwölf digitalen, interaktiven Stelen; LOS 2: Software zur Bereitstellung digitaler Inhalte auf den Stelen Beschaffung von insgesamt zwölf digitalen, interaktiven Outdoor-Stelen, die dauerhaft im öffentlichen Raum installiert werden im Rahmen des Modellprojekts Smart City Kempten, das durch das Bundesministerium für Wohnen, Stadtentwicklung und Bauwesen (BMWSB) in Zusammenarbeit mit der KfW Bankengruppe gefördert wird. Die Stelen dienen der barrierefreien digitalen Informationsbereitstellung und müssen besonders robust gegenüber Witterungseinflüssen sowie Vandalismus sein.; Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Entwicklung, Implementierung, Weiterentwicklung und Wartung einer modularen, browserbasierten Open-Source-Softwarelösung zur Präsentation digitaler und interaktiver Inhalte auf digitalen Informationsstelen im Stadtgebiet von Kempten (Allgäu).Die Softwarelösung soll auf einer bereits entwickelten Pilotsoftware aufbauen, diese funktional erweitern und produktiv nutzbar machen. Der Fokus liegt auf einer offenen Architektur, Erweiterbarkeit und einfacher administrativer Bedienbarkeit durch kommunale Mitarbeitende.
