Description

Die Stadt Kempten (Allgäu) plant die Neugestaltung des Bahnhofplatzes in Kempten. Der Kemptener Hauptbahnhof mit Bahnhofplatz und Parkplatz liegt im Süden der Stadt Kempten am Mittleren Ring und wurde mit Parkplätzen, Bushaltestellen und einem Taxistand in den 1960er Jahren an den Stadtring Kemptens angeschlossen. Der unmittelbare Vorplatzbereich soll nun unter Berücksichtigung aller funktionalen und verkehrlichen Erfordernisse zu einem ansprechenden öffentlichen Stadtraum umgestaltet werden. Die Beauftragung der Gesamtplanung erfolgt direkt im Anschluss an das Verhandlungsverfahren. Es werden zunächst die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 2 beauftragt. Im weiteren werden voraussichtlich die Leistungsphasen 3 bis 9 stufenweise und ggf. zur Aufrechterhaltung des laufenden Betriebs in Bauabschnitten beauftragt. Ein Anspruch auf Beauftragung aller Leistungsphasen besteht nicht. Die Beauftragung umfasst auch Besondere Leistungen. Im Verhandlungsverfahren werden Lösungsvorschläge von den Bietern abgefragt. Allen Bietern, die ein bedingungsgemäßes Angebot und einen bedingungsgemäßen Lösungsvorschlag einreichen, jedoch den Auftrag nicht erhalten, wird für den Lösungsvorschlag eine Vergütung in Höhe von 32.500 € einschließlich MwSt. gewährt. Die Brutto-Baukosten für die Gesamtbaumaßnahme der Kostengruppen 100 bis 700 werden derzeit mit etwa 9,0 Mio. € angenommen. Die Beauftragung der Leistungsstufe 1 soll im Oktober 2026 erfolgen. Der Abschluss der Maßnahme Ende 2029 erfolgen. Beschreibung siehe Ziffer 2.1
