- WEBCON Lite-, WEBCON Core- sowie WEBCON Premium-Lizenzen mit der Möglichkeit der bedarfsgerechten Lizenzsteigerung oder Umwandlung der Lite-Lizenzen in Core-Lizenzen (on premise) - Service Level Agreement - Remote-Beratungsleistungen bis zu 5 Tage pro Jahr während der ersten 2 Jahre der Vertragslaufzeit ohne Anspruch auf Abruf mit deutschsprachigen Partnern. Die Beratungsleistungen umfassen insbesondere: - Unterstützung bei Konfiguration und Customizing der WEBCON-Plattform; - Beratung zu Gestaltung und Optimierung von Workflows/Prozessen auf der Plattform; - Schulung und Wissenstransfer für Administratoren und Key-User des Auftraggebers; - Beratung zu Lizenz- und Architekturfragen im Zusammenhang mit dem Ausbau der Nutzung. Die konkrete thematische Ausgestaltung der Beratungstage im Einzelfall wird zwischen den Ansprechpartnern beider Parteien vereinbart. - Updates - deutschsprachige Unterlagen und Dokumentationen
