Beschaffung eines Newsletter-Tools inkl. zugehöriger Dienstleistungen, Beratungs- und Entwicklungsleistungen und Key Account Management als SaaS-Lösung
Das bisher verwendete E-Mail-Marketing-Tool, ein SaaS-Produkt, soll durch eine neue Lösung ersetzt werden. Die entsprechenden Dienstleistungen sind ebenfalls Bestandteil der Ausschreibung. Dazu zählen die Implementierung und Migration, die Durchführung von Rollouts für neue Mandanten, Support-Leistungen, Schulungs- angebote sowie Beratungs- und Entwicklungsservices. Weitere Angaben entnehmen Sie bitte aus Anlage A.1_Leistungsbeschreibung.
