Beschafft werden soll eine VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF)-Subskription für ein Jahr zur Weiterführung und Konsolidierung des bestehenden VMware-basierten Infrastrukturanteils mit der Option vor Ablauf der nun zu beschaffenden Subscriptions am 31.08.2027 einmalig erneut bis zu 848 Subscriptions zu beauftragen. * Beschafft werden soll eine VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF)-Subskription für ein Jahr zur Weiterführung und Konsolidierung des bestehenden VMware-basierten Infrastrukturanteils. * Produktbeschreibung: VMware Cloud Foundation Subscription for 1 Year SKU: VCF-CLD-FND Menge: bis zu 848 Lizenzen Laufzeit: 12 Monaten * Hierbei handelt es sich um eine unverbindliche Schätzung. Der Bieter hat keinen Anspruch auf Abnahme der zuvor genannten Menge. * Der Bieter und der Auftraggeber schließen einen Rahmenvertrag mit einer Laufzeit von 12 Monaten ab Zuschlagserteilung mit der Option vor Ablauf der nun zu beschaffenden Subscriptions am 31.08.2027 einmalig erneut bis zu 848 Subscriptions zu beauftragen. * Die neuen Lizenzen sind spätestens zum 01.09.2026 einzurichten, damit ein reibungsloser Wechsel zum neuen Modell sichergestellt werden kann und der Betrieb aufrechterhalten wird. * Der Zuschlag erfolgt auf das wirtschaftlichste Angebot. Maßgeblich für die Ermittlung des wirtschaftlichsten Angebotes ist zu 100% der Preis.
