Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Beschaffung von Microsoft Exchange Server-Lizenzen einschließlich der erforderlichen Standard Client Access Licenses (CALs) und Enterprise Client Access Licenses (CALs) in deutscher Sprache. Der Lizenzbezug erfolgt ausschließlich über den bestehenden Select Plus-Vertrag des Bundesministeriums des Innern (BMI) für die öffentliche Verwaltung von Bund, Ländern und Kommunen. Der Select Plus-Vertrag ist bis zum 31. Mai 2028 gültig. Es ist sicherzustellen, dass das Angebot die Erteilung des tatsächlichen Lizenznutzungsrechts umfasst. Die bloße Lieferung oder Aktivierung eines Lizenzschlüssels ohne Rechtsübertragung ist nicht zulässig.
