Die Stadt Aschaffenburg ist Sachaufwandsträger aller öffentlichen Schulen in Aschaffenburg.Im Rahmen einer zentralisierten und automatisierten Geräteverwaltung nutzt die Stadt Aschaffenburg das cloudbasierte Unified Endpoint Management System des Herstellers NinjaOne einschließlich der erforderlichen Softwarekomponenten, Schnittstellen sowie Service- und Supportleistungen.Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Verlängerung der bestehenden NinjaOne-Lizenzierung einschließlich Hersteller-Support und Wartung für einen Zeitraum von 36 Monaten, beginnend zum 01.08.2026 bis zum 31.07.2029. Nahtlose Verlängerung der bestehenden NinjaOne-Lizenzierung einschließlich Hersteller-Support und Wartung für einen Zeitraum von 36 Monaten, beginnend zum 01.08.2026 bis zum 31.07.2029Es soll sichergestellt werden, dass für 36 Monate mindestens 5.000 Endgeräte und Systeme zentral überwacht, verwaltet und gewartet werden können. Davon sind für mindestens 450 Windows Clients und für mindestens 50 Windows Server eine zusätzliche Backup-Funktion bereitzustellen. Der Cloudspeicher soll mit mindestens 20 TB dimensioniert sein.
