Description

Die SaaS-Software soll als integriertes Planungstool (KGFP-Tool SaaS) der benutzerfreundlichen, effizienten und qualitativ hochwertigen Erstellung der nach AT 4.1 und 4.2 MaRisk notwendigen strategischen Konzernplanung der KfW dienen. Die bisher verwendeten individuellen Datenverarbeitungen inkl. weiterer separater Datenerfassungssheets sollen vollumfänglich abgelöst werden sowie die neuen Elemente der aktuell in Operationalisierung befindlichen neuen Kostengovernance abgebildet werden. Das Anwendungsgebiet beinhaltet den umfangreichen Jahresprozess zur Erstellung der Konzerngeschäftsfeldplanung (KGFP) mit dem Fokus auf der strategischen Planung, die Berücksichtigung des Ergebnisses der operativen Planung in den Dimensionen Förderung, Finanzen und Risiko sowie den rollierenden (quartärlichen) Forecast- und Entscheidungsprozess im Rahmen der Kostenplanung/ -steuerung. Die Vergabeunterlagen enthalten sensible Informationen (siehe KfW-2024-0020_Bewerbungsbedingungen TNW_Anlage Vorvertragliche Vertraulichkeitserklärung). Diese Informationen sind unkenntlich gemacht (z.B. durch Schwärzung, Auslassen oder Änderung von Textstellen bzw. Dokumenten). Entsprechende Informationen werden gegenüber Interessenten, die eine Teilnahme am Vergabeverfahren in Betracht ziehen, offengelegt, sofern der Erklärungsvordruck „KfW-2024-0020_Bewerbungsbedingungen TNW_Anlage Vorvertragliche Vertraulichkeitserklärung“ ausgefüllt und unterschrieben in elektronischer Form über die Benachrichtigungsfunktion des Bieterassistenten eingereicht wird.
